While we encourage the interactive nature of our website, we strive to promote the online safety and privacy of our users.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction and Venue

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or the Web Site shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
