Anti-Anxiety Food Solution: How Eating
Real Whole Food Can Prevent Anxiety and
Accelerate Recovery
It is imperative to eliminate refined sugar,
white flour and processed foods but there is so
much more we can offer our clients when it comes
to nourishment for anxiety disorders. We need to
consider the following: eating to control blood
sugar swings; top-notch quality organic and non-GMO
food; grass-fed meat and wild fish; superfoods
like coconut oil, bone broths and sauerkraut;
dandelion and other greens for liver support and
improved digestion; and avoiding additives,
artificial sweeteners and toxins that further
stress the body. Including this valuable
nutritional element of eating real whole
traditional foods provides an important level of
healing for anxiety and all mental health
disorders. Avoiding gluten-containing foods,
caffeine and other substances are imperative for
some individuals. Food purchasing and
preparation ideas will be shared, as well as
valuable resources for further reading, support
and education

“Eat Whole Real Food to Accelerate Addition Recovery & Mood Stabilization”
In recovery, it is imperative to eliminate refined sugar, white flour and processed foods but there is so much more we can offer our clients when it comes to nourishment: eating to control blood sugar swings; top-notch quality organic/non-GMO food; grass-fed meat and wild fish; superfoods like coconut oil and sauerkraut; dandelion and other greens for liver support and improved digestion; and avoiding additives, artificial sweeteners and toxins that further burden the body. Those recently in recovery, suffer from a myriad of nutrient depletions and imbalances, and have absorption issues. Including this valuable nutritional element of eating well, provides another important level of healing. Food purchasing and preparation ideas will be shared, as well as valuable resources for further reading, support and education.
