One-on-one appointments
The demand for my private services is growing faster than what I can deliver.
Unfortunately, that means I now have a waiting list for seeing new one-on-one clients – so please add your name to the waiting list below. (I am also planning to bring on a team of nutritionists to help out.)
While you wait, I have listed some great resources for you below. Hopefully they can be used to get started on your healing journey. They can also be used as personal education so that when we do meet you will be better prepared.

2. The GABA Quickstart program
If you have physical anxiety/low GABA symptoms and want to learn how to use GABA for anxiety. It consists of over an hour of training, in addition to questionnaires and worksheets and 2 live Question and Answer sessions (as well as recordings to 2 prior Q+A sessions).

3. The Amazing Amino Acids for Anxiety - (home study) program
