When my energy level started to go down and my anxiety level kept going up for no apparent reason I started to look for ways to change that. I could not understand why since I knew I was eating pretty well and exercising regularly. Hi Trudy, my naturopath told me that since I only had one mug of coffee a day, I could continue to have it, but because of the information I’ve obtained from you, I gave it up and I had the same result. In fact, that one cup of coffee can cause me anxiety for more than one day.

Good for you. A few things to consider: low catecholamines and adding tyrosine (do the amino acid questionnaire here https://www.everywomanover29.com/blog/amino-acids-mood-questionnaire-from-the-antianxiety-food-solution/); anemia or low thyroid (get a blood test from your doctor); burned out adrenals (saliva testing is best). Also make sure to eat protein at breakfast
