The 9th Annual Tapping World Summit starts tomorrow February 27th and is not to be missed if you are holding on to stress that is affecting your body, mind and spirit in dramatic ways.
This online event has been attended by over 2 million people over the last 8 years. It is a truly life-transforming event that you don’t want to miss.
Research is showing more and more that it is the leading cause of so many of our modern problems. And while most people feel that they can’t do anything about it, that it’s just something we have to deal with, the truth is there are effective ways to eliminate it.
And here’s the key: there is a BIG difference between a healthy level of stress, and a level of stress that is limiting your ability to create what you want in your life.
Take a few minutes to watch this eye-opening video with NY Times bestselling author and documentary filmmaker Nick Ortner. If any part of you thinks that you just might have too much stress (and you’re sick and tired of it), watch this video, follow along with Nick’s simple process, and allow the stress to go. You’ll find that when you do, your ability to create the life you want will increase exponentially…
Take a second to think about what in your life is causing you stress.
Feel it in your body, and as you do, think about what it would be like if you could eliminate that stress.
Watch this video. By the end of it, you’ll feel much better. 🙂
I encourage you to keep an open mind about tapping. Many people think of it as being woo-woo but so many people see tremendous benefits for their stress, anxiety, headaches, other pain conditions and much more.
If you’ve been following me for awhile you know I like to look at the research and I’m so impressed to see the amount of research that supports this technique. Here are just a few of the recent studies:
- Effect of the emotional freedom technique on perceived stress, quality of life, and cortisol salivary levels in tension-type headache sufferers: a randomized controlled trial
- The effect of emotional freedom techniques on stress biochemistry: a randomized controlled trial
Please share this with someone you love who you know is also dealing with a lot of stress right now. Your thoughtfulness in thinking about them for just 10 seconds might just change their life!
And let us know how tapping or EFT has helped you.

I tried tapping a few times and i must say it really helps me to get intouch
with my feelings. Whatever is on my heart i speak out. I feel a sense of freedom when i do. Even when i tap for a few minutes it helps. I feel
more relaxed after. I want to do it more often since i have a hard time
getting in touch with my feelings. I want to shut them out most of the time.

Hey Trudy
I am so glad I was introduced to tapping!! I bought Nick Ortner’s book and made sure I was tapping correctly. I have used tapping for a few years, rather sporadically, I don’t know why, maybe because I find it tricky to get away from my kids so I can talk to myself without them hearing.. Anyway it has been so great for helping me reduce or totally eliminate anxiety, for certain situations or issues I had. I have a particularly bad memory of something that used to make me feel extremely anxious and incredibly awful every time I thought about it and I was quite certain and quite scared to ever ‘tap’ about it, but I did and I’m astounded at how I feel about that memory now!! Tapping has gotten rid of all that dreadful anxiety associated with it. So awesome!! I was such a doubter, but not anymore. It’s the best technique for anxiety and I’m so grateful I know about it now. It’s another tool in my “eliminating anxiety tool box”…

Thanks for sharing – I love to hear results like these and would obviously encourage this together with dietary changes, eating for blood sugar control, looking at nutritional deficiencies, low GABA, low serotonin, dysbiosis so you have all the tools to help

I get a bit anxious when I have an occipital neuralgia flare up. I can’t focus and feel like the room is closing in on me. The amino acids with Dr Deans Remag “magnesium” and some P/T with dry needling and excrise has helped me but has not gotten rid of it.
I tried tapping and it made me more anxious. In my mind I was depending on it to stop me from having a full blown wipe out but thats why I take Niacin when it gets really bad.
Oh well perhaps I will revist some other time.
Glad it does help other though.

You’re right, some people just don’t do well with tapping. Finding what works for you is what matters – the aminos, magnesium and niacin + dry needling and exercise. May I ask which aminos help? GABA and tryptophan?
