The next Amazing Aminos for Anxiety homestudy group program is scheduled for fall 2015. I will be walking you through how to assess for brain chemical imbalances, how to do a trial and use each of the 5 amino acids (with a new one each week – glutamine, GABA, tryptophan/5-HTP, DPA and tyrosine), what else to consider when using amino acids (such as medications), dietary and lifestyle changes to incorporate, what makes the amino acids more effective, troubleshooting and much more. There will also pyroluria/social anxiety guidance and connections to the brain chemicals and hormonal imbalances (including the adrenals).
